| If someone were to ask me if I'd recommend your dealership I'd say "Absolutely"! The recent pruchase of my new Charger Daytona was the best purchasing experience I've ever had. I configured the vehicle on the Dodge website and searched the inventory of the dealers in our area. I used the email feature to notify all four dealers that I was interested in the Charger Daytona. Dan was the first to respond and he offered a realistic price right from the start. Additionally I informed him that I wanted to hear from the other dealerships and he responded with "no problem, we hope to earn your business". Several phone calls and emails with the other dealerships, I contacted Dan and outlined what I thought was a fair price for the dealership and me. He agreed and we went forward from there. I was treated with the utmost courtesy. I picked up the title for my trade from the bank but neglected to have my wife sign it before driving to your dealership. Again, Dan's reaction was "no problem" - he drive to Salem to complete the paperwork! Absolutely outstanding service. So, would I recommend your dealership? Absolutely! I only wish I was closer so you could handle my service needs too.

| I have been using T&C since I first bought my 2000 jeep 10 years ago. I feel that everytime I visit my concerns and questions are addressed and solved. My jeep is my baby and I always do the services and have never had so much as a hiccup. My car is well taken care of and with the regular maintenance my vehicle runs flawlessly.
