Gavin did a great job. He and Asit exceeded my expectations tailoring everything the way I wanted. I understand everything about the truck and drove away feeling very comfortable with it. Gavin went to bat for me and worked with my offer to make everyone happy. Gavin even tucked his tie in and personally took care of my new truck! Asit took the time to find me 2.49% for 84 months over the 3.19 at Onpoint and sold me an oil change package that gets me 20 oil changes for $40 each. I can't buy 3 gallons of oil for that price! Asit was easily the best F&I person I've worked with, he explained everything in detail and made suggestions without being overbearing. I will happily refer anyone to T&C knowing they won't deal with high-pressure salespeople and also knowing they will get the best financing available. I also would like you to know about Mark in your service department. I had a 2010 Ram (traded in to you) serviced at both Dick Hannah (I live in Vancouver) and Ron Tonkin. I gave Dick 3 chances and was let down for various reason each time. So after that I explained to a service advisor at Ron Tonkin about my experience with Dick and explained my expectations to her (over the phone). She said no problem and booked me for an appointment. It took less than 10 minutes for them to let me down. When I arrived she was too busy so I was passed off to someone else who had no idea of what her an I talked about. The service (basic LOF + diff oil) took almost twice the time I was quoted. It was also extremely clear that she had very little automotive background. After this I was pretty sure I wasn't going to buy another dodge...the service is HORRIBLE! Well, I kept the Ram longer than I thought and it was time to get the transmission oil changed (60k). Since I drive all over Portland, I thought I would give it one more shot. First I called timberline and Dick Hannah and asked about my transmission as they are closer to me. One service advisor said I have bands in my transmission that needed adjustment and the other (Timberline) said he wasn't sure if it had bands...it doesn't have bands. I was amazed; a service advisor should be familiar with what their shop works on, if they don't they shouldn't be in that position. Now I realize that not everyone is like me, but I'm not going to trust my 30, 40, or 50 thousand dollar vehicle to anyone that doesn't have a good working knowledge of the services they are selling. How can you sell something you don't understand? So, my long story longer, I stopped by your dealership and explained to Mark what I was looking for. I love DSU's service department; you talk to someone that used to wrench and knows what the hell they are talking about. I asked Mark a few straight questions and he gave me easy direct answers, so I scheduled an appointment with him for the next day. My transmission service ended up being a little less than quoted and was finished in less time. After looking at some of the new diesels I thought I would give it a shot if my transmission service went well. In the end, I'm excited I'm back in a diesel, I'm very happy I bought it from Gavin, Asit, and T&C, and I look forward to Mark servicing it when the time comes. Sincerely, Jason

I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Bill was a pleasure to deal with. Not only did Bill answer all of our questions, he did it in a manner that helped my wife understand without "talking down" to her. She greatly appreciated that. Another thing that both my wife and I agreed on was we felt no pressure or rushed when making our decisions about purchasing this van. After all the paperwork was done, Bill did come out and walked both of us thru the controls of the electronics and answered all of our questions in great detail. (this never happened when I bought my last 3 vehicles from Dick Hanna...and I appreciated this more than you can ever know.) I have dealt with your service personnel a few times over the summer and again 100% satisfied. Mark Evenson is who I dealt with on both occasions, he made sure that I was informed on every step that was going to take place on my vehicle.
